Between all the technical babbling of Lillyann, I want to share this beautiful picture @ Lugh, I made today using the new firstlook client.

Phooey and such things
Hello everybody,
bah... wanted to post a post every other day.. but well... time did not permit it. Also we got the news that a friend of ours, Stick Bellman, died May 12th and that did shock us.
Oh and talking of time... I promised two good friends, Summer and Johan, a thingy to show if their public skybox is occupied or not... well... it does that, but then I got the idea of adding a teleporter too.
The thing is that I was using 'llSitTarget' in the lift that uses the 'WarpPos'... good thinking Lilly... but I used (don't ask why, please) 'llSitTarget(llGetPos(),ZERO_ROTATION)'... which in turn got 'WarpPos' to fail :)
So... after 3 hours of testing, complaining to Lauren, testing, more complaining and then finally getting the testing focussed.. I found out.. so... 'llSitTarget(<0,0,0.01>,ZERO_ROTATION)' is the correct thing, because as the Wiki states it is the offset from the center of the prim :)
I keep you posted on my progression in 'reading for dummies' :)
Hugs,
Lilly

Hello everybody... well... everybody that comes here anyway :)
I decided to add a blog-entry every other day now... starting.. err... today
Ok, while the downtime is (was) in progress I played around with Blender and will try to create some sculpty textures... oh.. and I found some sweet tutorials to export this strange sculpty textures:
Blender
Python
(altough I still wonder for what that is good... but blender complained... well... lied... pointed out that it was missing)
Blender Wiki
And the 'How to make sculptie textures' things:
Amanda's Page
and
Bentha's Page
Great :)
I will keep you posted how my first thingies look.. I am up to...errr... 'upgrade' my cherrie earrings... at least that is what I want to try... and how to get pictures in this thingy to show you :)
Hugs,
Lillyann
